Phil leads the Inclusive Transport Activity. He is Professor of Intelligent Transport Systems and Director of the Transport Operations Research Group at Newcastle University.
In September 2010 I joined the Transport Operations Research Group (TORG) as a researcher in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). This has given me the opportunity to be part of the fast paced, multi discipline research project SiDE, where working alongside my colleagues we are developing systems to aid older drivers.
Simon is a Senior Researcher in Intelligent Transport Systems with particular interest in accessibility and mobility for disabled and older travellers.
Chris is currently studying for a PhD as part of the Social Inclusion through the Digital Economy Hub, having completed a Masters Degree in Transportation Planning and Policy at the University of Newcastle.
Amy is a Research Associate working on the Transport Activity. She holds a PhD in Evaluation of Future Traveller Information Systems, an MSc in Transport Engineering and Operations and a BEng in Railway Transportation Management.
